Long Term Care Pharmacist

Soliant Health is working with a reputable Long Term Care pharmacy to fill a full-time Staff Pharmacist position. Were looking for an experienced pharmacist whos ready to step into a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.The ideal candidate must have prior experience and be able to start within the next 2 weeks.

Position: Staff Pharmacist
Duration: 13 Weeks+
Setting: Long Term Care
Shift:Day Shifts (9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm)
Duties:

• Verify prescriptions and final products for accuracy
• Check and verify automated pack dispensing (strip pouches)
• Manually enter prescriptions into the system
• Oversee and check pharmacy technicians' work
• Handle and verify emergency prescription requests

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
• Prior LTC pharmacy experience required
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment
• Proficient with Framework LTC systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on evening shifts
