Soliant Health is excited to partner with a growing pharmacy leader in Dallas, TX, in search of a dedicated and dynamic Pharmacist to join their innovative team. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with immediate start availability!

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks, contract-to-hire
Schedule:
Monday: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM
Tuesday Friday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers, and community partners.
Co-manage pharmacy operations, including 340B program oversight, formulary input, and technician supervision.
Verify prescriptions for clinical accuracy and appropriateness.
Lead inventory management and help implement services that enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Collaborate with providers, case managers, and behavioral health teams to support patient medication adherence and optimize health outcomes.
Educate patients on medication regimens, side effects, and safety precautions.
Deliver specialized pharmaceutical care, including immunizations and HIV management.
Represent and market pharmacy services to local medical offices and patient populations.
Help expand in-pharmacy clinical services and grow patient referrals.
Mentor pharmacy students and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in a 340B or health clinic pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS pharmacotherapy and patient assistance programs.
AAHIVP Certification strongly preferred
Proficient with PioneerRx pharmacy software.
Texas pharmacist license must be current and in good standing.
