Position Overview

• Title: Part-Time Pharmacist | Retail Outpatient | Charlotte, NC 28134 | Contract-to-Hire

• Summary: Serve as a key member of a two-tech support team in a relaxed, patient-focused pharmacy just south of Charlotte. If you enjoy low-stress settings with direct pharmacist-manager training, this is a great role to build lasting connections.

• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Location: Charlotte, NC 28134 (Pineville area)

• Schedule: Weekday evenings + every Saturday

• Hours: 2:00 PM 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM 7:00 PM (4-hour shifts)

• Weekly Commitment: 20 hours per week

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete

• Contract Duration: Ongoing with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily pharmacy operations during evening shifts

• Perform final verification and counsel patients as needed

• Support techs and maintain high pharmacy workflow standards

• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws

• Cultivate a warm, service-focused environment for patients and staff
