Position Details
Title: Pharmacist in Charge Home Infusion
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800

• Oversee sterile compounding and home infusion standards

• Supervise, train, and recruit pharmacy staff; conduct performance reviews

• Coordinate with warehouse for timely and accurate drug distribution

• Maintain clinical expertise in IV therapy and pharmacotherapy

• Oversee inventory management and medication procurement

• Perform staff pharmacist duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a home infusion setting

• In-depth knowledge of IV/sterile compounding regulations

• Experience with CPR+ software preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
