Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Retail Pharmacist to support a well-respected FQHC in the San Diego, CA area. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking for flexible, as-needed work during the summer months and potentially beyond. Position Overview:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: As needed (to cover PTO during summer and possibly beyond)
Setting: Community Health / Outpatient Retail Pharmacy

Responsibilities:

Perform standard retail pharmacist duties, including dispensing medications, patient consultations, and supervising pharmacy technicians
Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and medication management
Uphold all state and federal pharmacy regulations and guidelines
Navigate and utilize DataScan pharmacy software system with proficiency

Requirements:

Active California Pharmacist License in good standing
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience
Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the patient population
Proficient in the use of DataScan or similar pharmacy software systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
