Clinical Pharmacist

You'll be actively involved in multidisciplinary rounds and critical scenarios like cardiac arrests, trauma activations, strokes, and sepsis response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication order entry, verification, and profile review

• Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to ED and ICU populations

• Participate in hospital code situations and acute patient interventions

• Conduct drug therapy monitoring and manage pharmacist consult protocols

• Serve as a key resource in antibiotic stewardship initiatives

• Join clinical rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams across departments

• Use Meditech as the hospitals information system

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain) in Pennsylvania

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required

• Completion of PGY1 residency or minimum 3 years of direct hospital clinical experience

• Strong clinical acumen in emergency and critical care environments

• Proficiency with sterile compounding and acute care protocols
