Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our supportive K-12 school team near Burnet, TX. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to support students in developing essential life skills and improving their sensory and motor skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing individualized and group occupational therapy services to students.

• Implement therapy plans designed by the licensed Occupational Therapist.

• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

• Maintain accurate records and document progress toward therapy goals.

• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to integrate therapy goals into daily classroom activities.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Valid Texas COTA license or eligibility.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a school setting.

• Previous experience with children is preferred but not required.
