Position Overview
Title: Pharmacist-in-Charge | Rehabilitation Hospital | Pasadena, CA
Job Type: 13-Week Contract-to-Hire
Location: Pasadena, CA 91101
Schedule: MondayFriday, Day Shifts Only
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $70/hr+

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in a 50-bed rehabilitation hospital.

• Manage pharmacy inventory, staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate directly with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Lead and mentor pharmacy technician(s) while actively working as the sole pharmacist on-site.

• Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and procedures while creating a positive team environment.

Ideal Candidate

• License: Active California Pharmacist License.

• Experience: Previous hospital pharmacy and management experience required.

• Strong leadership qualities, thick skin, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.

• A positive, collaborative attitude dedicated to improving operations and patient care.
