Full Time Outpatient Staff Pharmacist - Dallas, TXSoliant Health is now hiring a contract-to-hire Staff Pharmacist for a reputable outpatient site near Grand Prairie, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization built around community health and specialized care, especially in the areas of HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.
This pharmacist will play an integral role in improving patient health outcomes by combining operational excellence with compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the complexities of specialty pharmacy, particularly in managing therapies for patients with chronic conditions.
Position Overview:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Term: 13-week contract-to-hire
- Hours: Monday 8:30 AM 7:00 PM; Tuesday Friday 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Manage daily operations including prescription accuracy, technician oversight, and inventory control
- Provide personalized medication counseling and support for complex therapeutic regimens
- Support 340B pharmacy program operations, formulary management, and patient affordability initiatives
- Collaborate with medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and case managers to promote adherence and clinical success
- Deliver specialty services including immunizations, disease-state management, and medication therapy management
- Serve as a resource for pharmacy students and assist in education and outreach efforts
- Actively market pharmacy services within the local medical community and build lasting patient relationships
- Maintain full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and internal operational standards
- Active license to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a 340B outpatient or clinic-based pharmacy setting
- In-depth understanding of HIV/AIDS medication regimens and associated patient support services
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary care environments
- AAHIVP certification is required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical communication skills
