Position Details:

• Title: Pharmacist (Retail/Long-Term Care)

• Location: Newark, OH

• Type: Per Diem

• Schedule:
  Monday, June 2 Friday, June 6, 2025
  8:00 AM 4:30 PM each day
  Total: 42.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions from healthcare providers

• Counsel patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects

• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and standards

• Maintain strong attention to detail and a high level of customer service

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License (in good standing)

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical best practices and medication therapies

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
