Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Balance staffing needs with key management responsibilities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and medication management
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality control standards

What Were Looking For:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License (required)
• At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
