What Youll Do:

• Lead the charge in overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage staffing needs, train your team, and drive business growth.
• Take the reins in providing critical services such as immunizations, injections, and testing through our Pharmacy Care program.
• Ensure patient satisfaction with personalized care, clear communication, and support for therapy plans.
• Work closely with senior leadership to innovate and grow prescription volumes.

What Youll Bring:

• A degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) and an active California pharmacist license.
• Strong knowledge of OTC drugs, third-party plans, and pharmacy operations.
