Travel Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel assignment with a highly regarded hospital in far Northern Wisconsin (Ashland, WI). This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys stepping into contract roles, providing immediate impact, and working with a high-performing team in a supportive environment.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Ashland, WI

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Flexible options available (7on/7off, 6on/8off, etc.)

• Facility Hours: 6:30 a.m. 7:00 p.m., open 7 days/week

• On-Call: Preferred but not required (team can cover for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient pharmacy staffing duties

• Order verification, medication dispensing, and clinical support for hospital units

• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (WI licensure or ability to obtain)

• Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required

• Proficient with EPIC (or fast learner with similar systems)

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a hospital setting
