Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead a Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a current LTC leaderor a seasoned LTC pharmacistready to step into a management role with both administrative and on-the-floor responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative, operational, and compliance functions of the pharmacy
Provide visible, hands-on leadership across pharmacy operations
Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal laws
Support and guide pharmacy staff to ensure optimal workflow and patient care
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold service quality

Qualifications:

Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
Leadership experience in an LTC setting highly preferred
Open to candidates with prior PIC or Pharmacy Manager experience
Strongly consider candidates with 5+ years of LTC experience who are ready to take the next step in their career
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
