Pharmacist In Charge

Soliant is hiring for an Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) position located just north of the Bay Area in the heart of Wine Country. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to take the next step into leadership, supported by a reliable and experienced team of pharmacy technicians in a scenic, sought-after location.

Position: Interim PIC
Type: Travel
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks, Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: MondayFriday, 10:00 AM6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a retail pharmacy

• Open and close the pharmacy

• Supervise and support the technician team

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in retail pharmacy operations

• Previous PIC experience highly preferred

• Will consider pharmacists ready to move into management

• ERx experience preferred (training provided)

Travel Support (Reimbursed/Pass-Through):

• Mileage reimbursement

• Daily meal reimbursement up to $50

• Hotel accommodations booked and paid directly by Soliant
