Soliant is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a short-term hospital coverage assignment. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist whos open to traveling, enjoys quieter work environments, and is confident operating independently in a small hospital setting.

Assignment Overview

• Position: Inpatient Pharmacist Short-Term Coverage

• Setting: Small hospital (low patient census)

• Schedule: MondayFriday, first shift hours

• Environment: Youll work as the sole pharmacist alongside a supportive, experienced pharmacy technician

• Technology: Pyxis, Athena

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IV compounding and sterile preparation

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate dispensing

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support optimal medication therapy

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and best practices

Requirements:

• Active Louisiana Pharmacist License (required)

• IV Compounding experience (required)

• Previous inpatient hospital experience

• Able to work independently in a low-volume, high-responsibility setting
