We are currently hiring multiple positions for Occupational Therapist (OT)to join our team. Positions are full-time, with a focus on serving students in pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Intervention:Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaboration:Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
• Case Load Management:Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
OT Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Virginia OT license.
• Open to strong Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) candidate with the right credentials.
