Position Highlights:
Work in both central pharmacy and ambulatory care capacities
Participate in clinical decision-making and collaborative practice agreements
Exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities including sterile compounding, high-risk drug preparation, and chemotherapy
Perform drug therapy monitoring, pharmacist consults, and medication reconciliation
Join a progressive pharmacy team focused on quality patient care
Schedule:
Variable shifts, primarily 8-hour day shifts with some afternoon rotation

Requirements:
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
PGY1 residency or minimum 3 years of current clinical experience
Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
Additional Information:
