A fast-paced, 24/7 long-term care facility in Rochester, NY is seeking a hands-on Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a direct hire leadership role. This is an opportunity to take full operational responsibility in a high-volume setting, overseeing pharmacy workflows, compliance, HR matters, and clinical excellence.
About the Role:

Full-time, onsite leadership position

Open to relocation and relocation assistance

Oversee pharmacy staff, technicians, and support personnel

Supervise daily operations, including clean room and IV/TPN production
-
Maintain legal and regulatory compliance across all pharmacy activities

Provide mentorship and promote team performance and accountability

Actively participate in staffing and support during peak periods
Requirements:
-
Active New York Pharmacist license
-
510 years of experience in hospital, retail, or LTC pharmacy
-
Prior LTC leadership experience required
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Must be comfortable with administrative responsibilities, HR oversight, and floor support

Familiarity with Framework or ECM software is a plus
