Soliant Health is seeking a motivated Inpatient Pharmacist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Springfield, MO. This position offers full training in hospital pharmacy practice and is open to new graduatesmaking it an exceptional entry point into the inpatient world for those looking to launch their hospital career.Assignment Overview:
- Location: Springfield, MO
- Facility: Inpatient hospital setting
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks with option to extend or convert to permanent
- Schedule:
- 7on/7off
- Overnight shifts: 9:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Inpatient pharmacy operations
- Medication order verification
- Collaboration with care teams and nurses
- Pharmacokinetics, drug monitoring, and dose adjustments (training provided)
- Use of Cerner and Omnicell systems for clinical workflow
- Active Missouri Pharmacist License
- Willingness to work overnight shifts on a 7on/7off schedule
- Strong attention to detail and interest in clinical development
- New graduates encouraged to applyhospital will train the right candidate
