Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Outpatient/Retail Pharmacist to join our team in Cape Cod, MA. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care in a retail setting, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products.
Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and health maintenance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Manage inventory and assist with pharmacy operations as needed.
Utilize McKesson EnterpriseRX system for medication management.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License.
Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
Full-time availability with the ability to work 5 days/week, 8-hour day shifts.
Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems; experience with McKesson EnterpriseRX is preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
