We are looking for a part-time Endodontist to practice in our Apple Valley, CA.

• GD Apple Valley - 18245 Highway 18, Suite 3 and 4 Apple Valley, CA 92307

Position Qualifications:

• Endodontic Residency Certificate and Board Certification Required
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Active CA Dental License in good standing (or the ability to acquire OR license by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
