Were seeking a dynamic Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead a Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a current LTC leaderor a seasoned LTC pharmacistready to step into a management role with both administrative and on-the-floor responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative, operational, and compliance functions of the pharmacy
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership across pharmacy operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal laws
- Support and guide pharmacy staff to ensure optimal workflow and patient care
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold service quality
- Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
- Leadership experience in an LTC setting highly preferred
- Open to candidates with prior PIC or Pharmacy Manager experience
- Strongly consider candidates with 5+ years of LTC experience who are ready to take the next step in their career
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
