Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with precision and attention to detail
• Perform kinetic dosing and monitor therapy based on lab values
• Collaborate with providers on medication therapy optimization, including IV-to-PO substitutions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure quality standards
• Provide support and answers to nurses on medication-related queries

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacist License
• Recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments
