Job Details:
In this role, youll be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The pharmacy uses PioneerRx software. You will also be supported by a reliable team of pharmacy technicians, allowing you to focus on providing clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and accurately verify prescription orders
• Provide exceptional service to patients and address clinical inquiries
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians for smooth and effective operations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Use PioneerRx software to process and manage prescriptions

Required Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
