Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire | Phoenix, AZ
A rapidly growing infusion pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ has just expanded into a brand-new facilitytripling their sizeand theyre looking for a skilled Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity designed for a confident, experienced pharmacist ready to take the lead in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Position Details:

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks (with strong potential for permanent hire)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts within 8:00 AM 7:30 PM
On-Call: Rotating weekends
Software: CareTend (formerly CPR+)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify sterile compounds including IVs, TPNs, antibiotics, and hydration therapies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patients to optimize medication therapy
Oversee pharmacy technicians and daily operations
Provide pharmacokinetic dosing, clinical consultation, and ensure safe, effective care

Candidate Requirements:

Active Arizona Pharmacist License
Minimum 12 years of recent infusion pharmacy experience (required)
Must pass an on-site infusion competency assessment during the interview process
