Soliant Health is urgently seeking Per Diem Retail Pharmacists for Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail pharmacist looking for flexible, on-demand shifts in the region. With 2-3 shifts available per week, youll have the chance to manage pharmacy operations across multiple locations while gaining variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.

Job Details:

Location: Sacramento Area (must be willing to commute to different locations)
Schedule: Per diem coverage, as needed. Average of 2-3 shifts per week
Software Used:
- McKessons Enterprise (ERx)
- Rx30 (Cardinal Health)
Mileage: Mileage reimbursement for travel over 30 miles one way to a store

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the pharmacy, ensuring all regulations and safety protocols are followed
Managing and supervising pharmacy technicians during your shift
Dispensing medications and providing consultations to patients regarding proper medication usage and safety
Ensuring inventory is properly stocked and managed
Maintaining excellent customer service and a patient-first approach
Ensuring smooth pharmacy operations and assisting with any necessary tasks

Required Qualifications:

Active California pharmacy license
At least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience, including opening and closing the pharmacy and managing pharmacy technicians
Familiarity with McKessons Enterprise (ERx) and Rx30 (Cardinal Health) software
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to commute to various locations within the Sacramento area
