Full Time Outpatient Staff Pharmacist - Dallas, TX

Soliant Health is now hiring a contract-to-hire Staff Pharmacist for a reputable outpatient site near Grand Prairie, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization built around community health and specialized care, especially in the areas of HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.

This pharmacist will play an integral role in improving patient health outcomes by combining operational excellence with compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the complexities of specialty pharmacy, particularly in managing therapies for patients with chronic conditions.

Position Overview:

Start Date: ASAP
Term: 13-week contract-to-hire
Hours: Monday 8:30 AM 7:00 PM; Tuesday Friday 8:30 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations including prescription accuracy, technician oversight, and inventory control
Provide personalized medication counseling and support for complex therapeutic regimens
Support 340B pharmacy program operations, formulary management, and patient affordability initiatives
Collaborate with medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and case managers to promote adherence and clinical success
Deliver specialty services including immunizations, disease-state management, and medication therapy management
Serve as a resource for pharmacy students and assist in education and outreach efforts
Actively market pharmacy services within the local medical community and build lasting patient relationships
Maintain full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and internal operational standards

Required Experience and Skills:

Active license to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas
Minimum of 3 years experience in a 340B outpatient or clinic-based pharmacy setting
In-depth understanding of HIV/AIDS medication regimens and associated patient support services
Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary care environments
AAHIVP certification is required
Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical communication skills
