Inpatient Pharmacist

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Wisconsin. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, providing essential pharmaceutical care with a focus on chemotherapy, central, and decentralized pharmacy duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense chemotherapy medications following established protocols.
- Perform both central and decentralized pharmacist duties, ensuring optimal medication management.
- Utilize IT systems including Meditech, Pyxis, and Pharmacy Keeper to manage and monitor medication therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Every 4th weekend rotation

Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Pharmacist license.
- Has at least 1 year of recent inpatient experience.
- Experience with chemotherapy preparation and administration is preferred.
- Proficient in using Meditech, Pyxis, and Pharmacy Keeper systems.
- Flexible and adaptable to a rotating schedule.
