Full-Time Inpatient Pharmacist Position - Cape Girardeau, MO

Are you an experienced pharmacist looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant Southern Missouri community? Soliant Health is seeking a full-time inpatient pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This position is a great opportunity for a skilled pharmacist with inpatient experience who is eager to contribute to patient care and support clinical staff.

The role requires flexibility, as you will rotate between days and evening shifts. Your hours will typically fall between 7:00 am 3:30 pm or 1:00 pm 9:30 pm, with every other weekend shift from 9:00 am 5:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, collaborating with physicians and nurses, and providing clinical consultations on pharmacokinetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Order verification and medication management
Supervision of pharmacy technicians
Collaboration with healthcare providers on medication therapy
Pharmacokinetics and clinical consultations
Operating in an EPIC and Pyxis environment

Required Qualifications:

Current Missouri Pharmacy License
At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
Experience with EPIC and Pyxis systems
Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacy
Ability to work a rotating schedule of day and evening shifts, including every other weekend
