Outpatient Pharmacist

Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking a Pharmacist for an outpatient pharmacy in Oakland. If you are a skilled and compassionate pharmacist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients with HIV and Hep C, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position Details:
- Job Title: Pharmacist
- Location: Oakland, CA
- Work Setting: Outpatient pharmacy
- Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Approximately 13 weeks or longer
- Patient Focus: Primarily patients with HIV and Hep C (prior experience with this population is a plus)
- IT System: EPIC

Additional Details:
- This position is to fill in for a vacancy, therefore contract-to-hire opportunity is available if it is a good fit.
- The ideal candidate should be local, hold a valid California pharmacy license, have some outpatient pharmacy experience, demonstrate a positive attitude, and have full-time availability.
