A highly motivated and growing digital pharmacy is seeking three (3) Full Time Fulfillment Pharmacists for direct hire at their closed-door mail order facility located in Southgate, Kentucky. This is an outstanding opportunity for pharmacists looking to transition from traditional retail (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) into a more controlled, high-efficiency setting without direct customer interaction.
Position Overview:

Location: Southgate, KY (Cincinnati, OH candidates encouraged to apply if KY licensed)
Facility Type: Digital/Mail Order Pharmacy
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday Friday day shift, with weekend rotation
(Operating hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM 7:00 PM; Sat-Sun 11:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Employment Type: Direct Hire (contract-to-hire option may be considered based on experience) Key Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle dispensing and fulfillment duties, including checking and verifying prescriptions

Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and efficiency

Dispense primarily generic medications, with some brand and specialty medications

Maintain workflow accuracy and speed to meet the pharmacys high daily output

Collaborate closely with team members to maintain strong operational performance in a high-volume setting Required Qualifications:

Active Kentucky Pharmacist license (required at start)

Open to pharmacists currently working in retail pharmacy seeking transition to a closed-door environment

High-volume retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred

Proven ability to adapt quickly to fast workflows and volume demands
