Full Time Post-Acute Care Pharmacist - Cleveland, OHSoliant Health is currently hiring a full-time Post-Acute Care Pharmacist for an exciting contract assignment near Cleveland, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned pharmacist who has a strong background in long-term care pharmacy and is ready to work in a high-demand, technology-driven setting. With 24/7 operations and cutting-edge automation systems, this pharmacy requires pharmacists who are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in long-term care protocols.
Position Overview:
- Duration: 13+ weeks (with possible extension)
- Location: Greater Cleveland area
- Shifts Available:
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM 1:00 AM
- Day Shift (for TPN work): 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Pharmacy Type: Long Term Care / Post-Acute
- Software and Technology: Framework LTC, ECM, Noritsu automation
- Verify and enter prescriptions into the pharmacy system accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee automated dispensing and pouch-packaging systems; perform quality checks on outputs.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with workflow standards.
- Handle emergency medication orders and ensure timely processing.
- Provide clinical insight and TPN oversight during day shifts as needed.
- Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care pharmacy environment
- Experience with TPN preparation and verification
- Familiarity with Framework LTC and ECM systems
- Hands-on experience with high-volume dispensing and automated packaging systems such as Noritsu
- Detail-focused, excellent under pressure, and capable of managing high-output workflows independently
