Infusion Pharmacist

Join a dedicated team at a leading home infusion facility in Northville for a 12-week contract role. We're looking for a Staff Pharmacist with hands-on experience in sterile compounding whos ready to step into a focused, patient-centered setting.

Staff Pharmacist Sterile Compounding
Location: Northville, MI
Environment: Home Infusion
Duration: 12 weeks (through end of July)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (days)

Responsibilities:

• Work with IV compounding and sterile drug preparation for home infusion patients.

• Oversee the accurate preparation and dispensing of parenteral medications.

• Collaborate with clinical teams on drug therapy management and clinical monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a sterile compounding environment.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License

• Experience with IV compounding

• Home Infusion or Inpatient Hospital experience

• Previous experience with a parenteral drug therapy admixture program and some clinical monitoring is preferred.
