Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing.
• Create and deliver individualized treatment plans aligned with ASHA guidelines, IEP goals, and patient-centered outcomes.
• Document session notes, progress reports, and billing data in our EMR system.
• Collaborate with teachers, physicians, OTs/PTs, and family members to generalize gains across settings.
• Educate clients and caregivers on AAC, assistive technology, and safe feeding techniques.
• Stay current through CEU events, integrating advances such as telepractice, FEES, and motor-speech approaches.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility); CCC-SLP highly desirable.
• At least 1 year of post-CFY clinical experience in schools, healthcare, or private practice.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation, data-driven therapy, and goal writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for client success.
