Key Responsibilities:

• Begin as a Staff Pharmacist with a clear path to advancing into a leadership role.
• Perform PV1 and PV2 duties, ensuring accurate medication management and dispensing.
• Effectively manage inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing clinical guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery.
• Oversee pharmacy staff to optimize workflow and performance.
• Support business development initiatives to drive growth and enhance client engagement.
• Travel periodically to Philadelphia for training and collaboration with headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Strong clinical pharmacy background with proven experience in long-term care.
• Familiarity with Softwriters FrameworkLTC software is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
