Position Overview

• Job Type: 13+ Week Contract
• Location: Walker, MN area
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Closed Weekends)
• Setting: Specialty Pharmacy (Retail and Long-Term Care Mix)
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications in compliance with regulations
• Provide pharmaceutical care in both retail and long-term care settings
• Administer immunizations and provide medication counseling to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans
• Manage inventory and contribute to efficient pharmacy operations

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active Minnesota Pharmacist License
• PharmD or MTM Certification required
• Immunization Certified and CPR Certified
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and clinical skills
• Passionate about patient care and medication management
