Travel Opportunity: Inpatient Staff Pharmacist Northern Vermont

Position Details:

• Job Title: Inpatient Staff Pharmacist

• Location: Near Burlington, Vermont

• Shift: Day Shift

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure optimal drug therapy for patients following best clinical pharmacy practices

• Manage drug distribution, unit dose, and IV admixture processes

• Evaluate medication therapy and monitor for safety, efficacy, and proper administration

• Provide education and support to pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals

• Take part in administrative duties and contribute to research and development efforts

• Stay compliant with all State and Federal regulations and hospital policies

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. or equivalent degree

• Active Vermont Pharmacist license (or eligibility)

• At least 1+ year of recent inpatient hospital experience

• Experience with CPSI/Evident required

• Proficient in unit dose, IV admixture, and both technical and clinical pharmacy functions
