Soliant is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time opportunity working with a school district. Join a dynamic team and help make a lasting impact on young students development and learning!
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Caseload: 10-12 Students
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of school year (with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to preschool-aged children
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement individualized plans
- Assist in evaluations and assessments
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Qualifications:
- Active StateCOTA license
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
